What Belgrade Waterfront gives you
Belgrade has an old centre and a new one. The new one was built over the last decade along the right bank of the Sava, and it is where our apartments are. What that means in practice is simple: everything is new, everything works, and the old town is still a walk away.
The promenade instead of a busy street
The Sava promenade runs the length of the quarter — a kilometre and a half of riverside with cafés, benches and a cycle path. Two minutes from the front door.
Kula Belgrade on the skyline
The 168-metre tower is the landmark you will use to find your way back. Its observation deck and the restaurants at its foot are a short walk from all three apartments.
Galerija shopping centre
The largest mall in the region sits at the edge of the quarter — shops, a cinema and a supermarket, five minutes on foot. Useful on the first evening, when you need groceries and it is raining.
The old town on foot
Republic Square is fifteen minutes away, Belgrade Fortress twenty. You can leave the car in the garage for the whole stay and never miss it.
Parking that actually exists
Every apartment comes with a private space in an underground garage. In central Belgrade that is worth more than it sounds.
Buildings with a reception
These are new residential towers with staffed entrances and lifts, not old flats up four flights of stairs. Arriving late with luggage is not a problem.
